Foundation Closeout

This document closes the docs platform + module packaging foundation sprint and defines the handoff to the active commerce sprint.

Closed deliverables

• Canonical docs platform is active under apps/docs/content/docs.
• Module profile model is defined and validated (core, commerce, rbac, notifications, wallet).
• Profile integrity checks are enforced in local hooks and CI.
• Audience projection policy is documented and linked as canonical guidance.

Migration notes

• docs/roadmap.md remains the execution source of truth.
• docs/decisions/*.md remains ADR/debt tracker source of truth.
• Architecture/development/module composition guidance now has canonical pages in Fumadocs.
• Legacy markdown remains available for compatibility but should not diverge from canonical pages.

Handoff checklist

1. Create and use the sprint branch for commerce implementation.
2. Start with C2, C3, and C4 before provider reliability tasks.
3. Keep contract-first and projection checks green in each vertical slice.
4. Update roadmap status in every meaningful PR.
5. Update canonical docs in the same PR for any architecture or workflow change.
